To arrange follow-up contacts (i.e. information received from the visitors’ welcome cards & those we know have recently left RBC to settle elsewhere).

To arrange membership interview of new comers &/or transfer of members from (or to) other churches.

To help new comers connect with small groups/other links.

To ensure the church membership record is up-to-date.

To organise the fellowship lunch.

To arrange visits to members in need i.e. house-bound, ill, bereaved etc.

To organise dates for pastoral care team to meet/pray for members.

To arrange topics for discussion at the meetings.

To arrange for prayer list (weekly bulletin) names to be submitted to Ruth on time.

To discuss nomination/recruitment of possible replacement (new) team mates with Ian.
